Great article, not many like it on the web, so thank you. If I am a very experienced academic physician, and want to keep doing it, but having done it for so long, I also want to add to this career by taking on consulting work in biotechnology/biomedical equity research. So not full time, not part time, but as an in-residence consultant, or per project consultant for investment banks, venture caps hedge fund, mutual fund companies, etc. Should I use an agency, write to as many firms as possible, use Indeed, Linkenln? Thank you for your advice.

I have an assignment asking to prepare a clinical deep dive on a study trial that includes analysis and derives a conclusion on why this trial will read out positively or negatively.
Is there anywhere I can find a FREE equity research report powerpoint sample. Though preferred, It doesn’t need to be biotech.

In reply to Sajad Sarvari. There are many, many sources, so it just depends on how you learn best. There are various books on accounting/valuation/financial modeling, many free examples in our YouTube channel (and others), online classes, and traditional classes as well.

I wanna appreciate your article detailing the ins and outs of Biotechnology equity research analyst which honestly moved my mind toward a better exist option from academia. I am currently a second-year Biomedical PhD student and lately I have been thinking to master out my program and start my career as biotech equity researcher, though I have to express one cencern and it is how to begin the journey of learning the finance ana terminology with a pretty affordable resource. Would you mind helping me with some review articles or even any practical book in the field. I am a incoming second year undergraduate student pursuing a dual degree between medical sciences and business administration (with focus on finance). I am currently aiming to pursue this field and was wondering if you provide any potential tips or pointers for me to follow.
