If you are currently working full-time, the best thing you can do to start a company eventually is to create and sell a simple service (coaching, some type of consulting, etc.) to clients in a specific market so you can learn the market, figure out what people want, and eventually use this knowledge to create a larger product or a service. Starting with a service means that you don’t need to spend months/years building a product first, and you can get immediate feedback and see what people pay for. Also, you can limit your hours or number of clients if you are busy and return later when you have more time.

I understand this might be specific but what would be one thing you would spend time on if you have some spare time while working full time job with the end goal of starting a new company or acquiring business?

Not only did we get an infinitely value list that is updated regular, but we go a direct target “product management”.
